7URT °aQRTH:
Section 1. That hereafter it shall be unlawful for any
person or persons to ride, drive. run, propel or direct any
traction engine the surface of whose wheels have cogs on diem
or are otherwise rough or uneven on, along or morose any paved
street within said city of Fort °'lorth, unless the surfaces of
tna*re*heel* of suc n traction a%ine oe so protected and covered
as to-&Void actual contact with or injury to the surface of
such psurd street or Aaxeels., _
:section 2. Any person or persons violating any of t136
provisions of Section vne (1) of this ordinance shall upon s
conviction i)e fined in any sum not to exceed fifty dollars.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage and publication as required ay law.
