AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND CLOSING A PART OF WETHERBEE STREET
LYING SOUTH OF BLOCK C, AND BETWEEN BLOCK C AND D, ALSO A
PORTION OF EAST ENDERLY PLACE LYING WEST OF BLOCK E, AND
BETWEEN BLOCK E AND D IN ENDERLY PLACE, ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF FORT WORTHA
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CONNxSBIgNIRS OF THE CITY QF

SE " portion .of Wetherbee
Street lying South of Block C, and between Block C and D,
beginning at the Southeast corner of Block C; thence South
50 feet to the North line of Block D; thence West to the
East line of the right-of-way of the Fort Worth and Rio
Grande Ry. Company, 25 feet from track center; thence North-
westwardly along said line to the South-west corner of Block
C; thence East along the South line of Block C to the place
of beginning. No and the same is hereby vacated and forever
closed. �.---~
SEOTION 2: That, Aft� portion of East Enderly
Place Jkying West of Block E, and between Block E and Block
D, beginning 4t the Northwest corner of Block E; thence West
�se feet to the East line of Block D; thence 245 feet to the
Southeast corner of Block D; thence East 50 feet to the
South-west corner of Block E; thence North 245 feet to the
place of beginning. Be and the same is hereby vacated and
forever closed.
SECTION 3: The streets hereinbefore vacated,and closed
as set out in Sections 1 and 2 of this Ordinance, were vacated
and closed at the request of George W. Armstrong, who owns the
property abutting on the streets so vacated and closed, upon
the express agreement and understanding, that the said George
W. Armstrong will hold and save the City harmless against any
damages to persons or property occassioned, or growing out of
or as the proximate result of the vacating and closing of said
streets, and by the acceptance of the terms of this
Ordinance, and the closing of said streets, the said George
W. Armstrong obligates and binds himself to abide by the
terms and provisiohe of this Ordinance.
SECTION 1P. This Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing
Ordinance was duly presented, passed and adopted by the
Board of Commissioners of the City of Fort Worth, Texas,
at a Regular session of said Board held Uarch_30thih#. D:�.
