ORDINANCE NO. 3604
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE APPROPRIATION OF ONE THOUSAND,
SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY AND N0/100 DOLLARS ($1,730.00) FOR THE
PURPOSE OF PAYING THE FIRST SEMI-ANNUAL INSTALLMENT OF INTEREST
ON ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000.00) WORTH OF FIRE
PROTECTION BONDS, SERIES 89, AUTHORIZED TO BE ISSUED BY ORDI-
NANCE N0. 3603, PASSED AND ADOPTED ON WEDNESDAY, THE 27TH DAY
OF FEBRUARY, A. D. 1957•
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That the sum of One Thousand, Seven Hundred Thirty and no/100 Dollars
($1,730.00) be appropriated out of the unappropriated balance in the
General Fund of the City of Fort Worth to pay the first semi-annual in-
stallment of interest to be due and payable on the first day of September,
A. D. 1957, on negotiable coupon bonds of the City of Fort Worth, Texas,
authorized to be issued by the City Council of said City by Ordinance No.
3603, on Wednesday, the 27th day of February, A. D. 1957, in the princi-
pal sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) and being designated
as "Fire Protection Bonds," Series 89.
SECTION 2.
That the appropriation herein made shall be transferred and placed in
a separate fund and shall be devoted to the payment of the intereat on
said bonds when said interest becomes due and payable, and shall not be
used, applied or diverted to any other purpose or object whatsoever.
SECTION 3.
That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its passage, and it is so ordained.
