AN ORDINANCE REDUCING TEE WIDTH OF THE UTILITY AND
DRAINAGE EASEMENT IN BLOCK 1, SHALON ACRES ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS,
FROM THIRTY (30) FEET TO TEN (10) FEET; AND PROVID-
ING FOR THE REVERSION OF THE FEE TO SAID LAND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That the utility and drainage easement heretofore established in
Block 1, Shalon Acres Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County,
Texas, is hereby reduced in Width from thirty (30) feet to ten (10) feet,
five (5) feet being utilized off of each tier of lots in said block.
SECTION 2.
That the fee to the land outside of the said ten (10) foot easement
above described is hereby released and will revert to the owners as pro-
vided by law.
SECTION 3.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 4.
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage.
