Supplemental Information The normal procedure on assessment paving projects is to conduct a Neighborhood Hearing and prepare an assessment roll prior to the award of contract. Because of the shortness of the period between final Department of H.U.D. approval of the plans and the expiration of the applicable Federal Wage Rates, there has been insufficient time for the completion of assessment rolls and neighborhood hearings. The current wage rates expire September 28, 1968.
