DORN, LESSEE, FOR THE CANCELLATION OF HIS LEASE IN THE LAKE WORTH ARXAY PROVIDING A SSVSRABILITY CIAUSEZ MAKING THIS ORDINANCE CUMULRTIVB OF PRIOR APPROPRIATION ORDI- NANCESf REPEALING ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HHRKWITH) AND WUIING AN XFFBCTIVB DATE. B8 IT ORDAINED By THE CITr COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WOJWA, TXXASs SECTION 1. That the Park and Recreation Department of the City of Fort Borth shall be provided with such revenue as may be so-- cured from the various sources included in Ordinance No. 6518 and in the Budget of the City Manager, and, in addition, there is hereby appropriated the amount of Tan Thousand Dollars ($10,000)fram Account No. 003-00543 to be used to reimburse A, L. Doan for the cancellation of his lease and the ao"isi- tion of all of his improvements on such leased promises in the Lake Worth area. SECTION 2, Should any part, portion, section or #art of a section of this ordinance be declared invalid or inoperative or void for any reason by a count of competent jurisdiatioan, such de- cision, opinion or judgment shall in no way affect the remain- ing poxtionx, parts, sections or parts of sections of this ordinance, which provisions shall be, remain and continue to be in full force and effect. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall be emulative of Ordinance No. 6318, but all other ordinances and appropriati:ons for Mich provision has been heretofore made are hereby expressly re- pealed if in mm flict with the provisions of this ordinance.
