AN ORDINANCE requiring that when any taxes,
either on ad valorem values, or on
occupations, or any part thereof, shall
be ordered refunded by the Board of
Commissioners, it shall be the duty of
the Assessor and Collector, Auditor,
and the City Treasurer to refuse to refund
such taxes, until all taxes or debts due
the City of Fort Worth by the person, firm
or corporation claiming such refunded taxes,
have been paid.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSI0NERS
OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH:
Section 1:
Hereafter, when any taxes on ad valorem values
or occupations, or any part thereof, shall be
ordered refunded to any person, firm or corpo-
ration by the Board of Commissioners of the
City of bort Worth, it shall be the duty of the
Assessor and Collector of Taxes, Auditor,and
City Treasurer of the City of Fort Worth to

refuse to the same or.,any warrant therefor,
until all claims for taxes or other indebtedness
which the City of Fort Worth may have against
such person, firgi or corporation claiming the
taxes so refunded, shall be paid.
Section 2:
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
