BE I1' ORDAINED BY THE 30ARD OF COMMISSIOURS OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, Section 1: That hereafter each and every railroad company whose track or tracks cross any street or streets of the City of Fort Worth Is hereby required to keep each such crossing well lighted at all times from dusk to daylight, so that the traveled way and the limits thereof and all obstructions thereon and all enequglities in the surface thereof shall be at all times plainly visible, and for that purpose, each such railroad company is required to provide, maintain and keep lighted, from dusk to daylight, gas or electric lights of not less than 700 watts nitrogen light or its equivalent in candle power. Section 2s This Ordinance repeals Section 8, Article 5 of the Revived Ordinances of the City of Fort Worth, as codified by Hugh Bardin. Section 3: Any railroad company which shall fail or neglect to comply with any of the provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance shall upon conviction thereof be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10.00) and not more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each and every offense, and each day's violation of the terms of this Ordinance shall be deemed and is hereby declared to be a distinct and separate offense. Section 4: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication as required by law. I hereby certify that the aoove and foregoing Ordinance was duly presented, passed and adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Fort Worth, Texas, at a regular session of said Board of Commissioners held on March 30th, A.
