AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2082, BEING AN ORDINANCE TO REGUTATE AND RESTRICT THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, AND IAND FOR TRADE, INDUSTRY, RESIDENCE, OR OTHER PURPOSES, THE HEIGHT, NUMBER OF STORIES, AND SIZE OF BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES, THE SIZE OF YARDS AND OTHER OPEN SPACES, AND THE DENSITY OF POPULATION, AND FOR SAID PURPOSES TO DIVIDE THE MUNICIPALITY INTO SUCH DISTRICTS OF NUMBER, SHAPE AND AREA AS MAY BE DEEMED BEST BY FIX- ING DEFINITE USES OF THE BUILDINGS HEREINAFTER ERECTED IN SAID DESCRIBED AREAS FROM THE USES AS SHOWN ON THE MAPS CONTAINED IN SAID ORDINANCE NO. 2082; PRESCRIBING A SAVINGS CIAUSE; PROVIDING A FINE OF NOT LESS THAN $5.00 NOR MORE THAN $50.00 FOR EACH OFFENSE, AND THAT EACH DAY THAT A VIOLATION IS PER- MITTED TO EXIST SHALL CONSTITUTE A SEPARATE OFFENSE; AND NAMING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 2082 be amended so that the following described uses in the hereinafter described areas be altered, changed and amended as follows to wit: RECOMO NDED CHANGE AREAS FROM TO Lot 13, Block 15; Lot 16, Block 14; Lot 6, Block 19; and all of Blocks 17 and 18, Greenbriar Addition "Bn "E" (700, 800 and 900 Blks. Hamsted Street) Lots 1 through 10, Block 12; and Lots 11 through 20, Block 15, Evans-Pearson- Westwood Addition "B" "J" (300 Blk. of Greenleaf Street) Lots 15 and 16, Block 6, Moody Addition; and Lots 12 and 13, Block 67, Morgan Heights Addition "C" "E" (2800 Block of Schwartz Avenue) Lots 7 through 17, Block 4, Diamond Hill Highlands Addition "K" "Fw (3254-3300 Blocks of Deen Road) Lots 18 through 28, Block 4; West one-half of a 97' a 2661 tract south of Diamond Road; all of Blocks 4-A, 5, 6 and 9, Diamond Hill Highlands Addition; all of Blocks 35 and 36, Moody Addition; and Lots 6 through 11, Block 8, Morgan Heights Addition "K" "A" (3250 Block Schwartz Avenue; 3254-3300 Blks. Hale Avenue, Hutchinson Avenue and Oscar Avenue; and 3250-3100 Blocks of Grover and Runnels Avenue) The South 200 feet of Lots 2 and 3, Block 14, the South 200 feet of Lot 2, and the South 200 feet of the West 76.8 feet of Lot 3, Block 19, Murray Hill Addition; and Tract 1-,A of the G. W. Coonrod Survey (being Lot 12, Block 6, South Eastlawn Addition) "B" VIEW (4500 and 4600 Blocks of E. Rosedale) Lot 1, Block 1; Lots 1 and 22, Block Z. Lots 1 and 12, Block 3; Lots 1 and 22, Block 10, Diamond Hill Highlands Second Filing; and Lots 6 and 7, Block 33; and Lots 6 and 7, Block 34, Moody Addition; and Lot 12, Block U. Morgan Heights Addition "F" "B" (1800 through 2400 Blocks of N. E. 32nd. St.) The North residue of Lots 15 and 16, Block 5, Texas & Pacific Railway Company Addition "D" "Grc (1400 Block of Ballinger Street) Area annexed by Ordinance No. 2982, being a part of the Gulf, Colorado & Santa Fe Rail- road right-of-way Annexed "A" Area Area annexed by Ordinance No. 2982, being a part of Tract 1-A in the J. Armendaris Sur- vey, located between the Gulf, Colorado & Santa Fe Railroad and the Old Grandbury Road Annexed "E" Area Area annexed by Ordinance No. 2982, being a part of Tract 1-A of the J. Armendaris Sur- vey lying southeasterly of the Old Grandbury Road Annexed "B" Area Area annexed by Ordinance No. 2981, located in the J. Bursey Survey Annexed "A" (Dean Road and Terminal Road) Area Lot 1, Embrey Place Addition; and Tract 21, J. Little Survey "B" "E" (800 Block of N. Sylvania Avenue) Area annexed by Ordinance No. 2934, located in the L. Wetmore Survey Annexed "A"' Area SECTION 2. Should any section, clause or provision of this ordinance be declared by the Court to be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the Ordinance as a whole or any part thereof, other than the part so declared to be invalid. SECTION 3• Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provision of this ordinance shall be fined not less than Five and No/100 Dollars ($5.00) nor more than Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($50.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. SECTION k.
