This will result in a net positive impact of approx mately $500,000.00. There will not be FF&E associated with this project. Over the years the sand bunkers had been removed an regrassed. This renovation of the RWPGC will reclaim a large portion of those sand bunkers, taking the course c to some of original design components created by the original golf course architect, John Bredermus. The current designer, John C.olligan &Associates„ was tasked with retaining as much of the original design as possible while incorporating modern day course components. This, along with the additional required maintenance of the various new grasses„ will result in a maintenance budgetary increase which will be part of the PA CS Golf Division's proposed Fiscal Year 2017 Budget f.,ogi ie: 80ROCKWOOD GCS FJ:.:^'.NOVATION 201.5 Page 3 of°4 MNVBE OFFICE- Heritage Links, a Division of Lexicon, Inc., is in compliance with the City's Business Diversity Ordinance by committing to 18 percent MBE participation on the PACSD Base Bid.
