Postponed until Council Worksession. Kerley agreed to MCM perfect report. 2) JTPA Title IIA Contract (M&C C-8447) Bagsby: Read that according to statewide figures Fort Worth is ahead of the rest of the state (Spending more) per unit. The separation from the rest of Tarrant County is costing Fort Worth $.5 million per year. Williams: Would Richard Sapp respond to Bagsby's comment? Sapp: The large per unit cost is largely due to start up costs. Bagsby: Requested that Sapp start including per unit cost in the reports. Zapata: How is placement going? (Guajardo: About 71%, which is better than CETA. Jobs Training program has 84% placement. The average salary is $5-5.50. Bolen: Sent out letters to the community, but there are more jobs than trainees. Wetherby: Has the program been placing women? (Guajardo: More than 50% of placements are female.) �.
