Although the meeting is open to the public, citizens are requested to reserve comments and questions for the subsequent Council meeting so they will be a part of the public record. DAI Mr. Keith Kethmann of 2411 North Main addressed the Council regarding relocation of bus transfer point. MCM:JB Mr. Martin Barkman of 2408 Hollingdale Circle addressed the Council requesting that the City help build drainage system. DAI Mr. Raymond Armstrong of 1828 Freemont decided not to address the Council. Mr. J.
