The purpose of the Pre-Council Conference held prior to a
regular City Council Meeting is to allow the Mayor and
Councilmembers to discuss informally items on the agenda and to
secure information from the City Manager and the staff.
Although the meeting is open to the public, citizens are
requested to reserve comments and questions for the subsequent
Council meeting so they will be a part of the public record.

Councilman Bageby requested staff make a study to see if it is
cheaper to buy fuel related to M&C P-1670. RAM
McKinney: The City currently uses spot prices to determine
the items worth.)

Ms. Daisy Brannon of 1509 Danciger Drive addressed the Council
regarding excessive tax appraisal, lack of adequate street drainage
and road paving at 416 Perkins. DAI
Mr. Keith Kethmann of 2411 North Main addressed the Council
regarding relocation of bus transfer point. MCM:JB
Mr. Martin Barkman of 2408 Hollingdale Circle addressed the
Council requesting that the City help build drainage system. DAI
Mr. Raymond Armstrong of 1828 Freemont decided not to address
the Council.
Mr. J. Frank Marra of 2010 West Moore addressed the Council OFFICIAL RECORD
