AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT ALL OF THAT POR—
TION OF HAGLER STREET IMMEDIATELY SOUTH OF
LOT 9 IN BLOCK 14, FRISCO HEIGHTS ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TARRANT COUNTY,
TEXAS, BE VACATED, ABANDONED AND CLOSED; PRO-
VIDING FOR THE REVERSION OF THE FEE IN SAID
LAND; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE
SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.
WHEREAS, the following described portion of Hagler Street has
never been used by the public and would constitute a menace to the public
travel, and therefore should be closed, vacated and abandoned:
All of that portion of Hagler Street immediately
south of Lot 9 in Block 14, Frisco Heights Addi—
tion
ddis-tion to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County,
Texas;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That all of that portion of Hagler Street immediately south of
Lot 9 in Block 14, Frisco Heights Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarr
rant County, Texas, be and the same is hereby closed, abandoned and perms-»
nently vacated as a street or public thoroughfare of any kind or character
whatever.
SECTION 2.
That the fee to the land in said street shall revert as provided
by law.
SECTION 3.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 4.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and ef—
fect from and after the date of its passage,
