AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT THE ALLEYS ALONG THE FT. WORTH, TES
NORTH AND WEST LINES OF LOT 1, BLOCK 1, NORTH
MISTLETOE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH,
TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS, BE ABANDONED, VACATED AND
CLOSED; PROVIDING FOR THE REVERSION OF THE INTER-
EST OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH IN SAID LAND; RE-
PEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
(NORTH, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That the east-west alley went of Forest Park Boulevard
adjoining the north line of Lot 1, Block 1, North Mistletoe
Addition, and the north-south alley adjoining the west line of
Lot 1, Block 1 of said addition, be and the same ase hereby va-
cated, closed and permanently abandoned as alloy- or public
thoroughfares of any kind or character whatever.
SECTION 2.
That the interest of the City of Fort Worth in the fee
to the land in said alleys is hereby released and shall revert
to the adjacent owner of the fee as provided by law, save and
except that easements are retained for an existing sanitary
sewer and for an existing storm sewer.
SECTION 3.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4.
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force and effect from and after the date of its passage.
