A
rEXA Subject: Immunization Outreach Program
0T,5
From August 5 through August 10, 1991 members of the Fort
Worth/Tarrant County Health Department, the Fort Worth Junior
League and Cook-Fort Worth Children's Medical Center will be
holding a "SHOTS" Clinic at Fort Worth Town Center and North East
Mall.
This immunization outreach program is a significant part of our
effort to keep the children of Fort Worth healthy. The City could
not have conducted such a program without the help of the Fort
Worth Junior League whose members have played a major role in
coordinating this program and have also volunteered to do the on-
site paper work. Nurses from Cook-Fort Worth Children's Medical
Center will help give the shots.
