AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT THAT PORTION OF
GROVE STREET BETWEEN LOTS 13 AND 14 IN BLOCK
233, AND LOTS 11 AND 12 IN BLOCK 234, TO-
GETHER WITH THE ALLEYS IN BLOCK 233 BETWEEN
LOTS 11, 12 AND 13, 14, AND IN BLOCK 234
BETWEEN LOTS 11, 12 AND 13, 14, IN NORTH
FORT WORTH ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT
WORTH TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS, BE VACATED
CLOSE AND ABANDONED; PROVIDING FOR THE {E-
VERSION OF THE FEE IN SAID LAND, REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME
IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT UPON THE DATE OF
ITS PASSAGE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That that portion of North Grove Street between Lots
13 and 14 in Block 233, and Lots 11 and 12 in Block 234, and
that portion of the alley in Block 233 between Lots 11 and 12
and 13 and 14, and that portion of the alley in Block 234 be-
tween Lots 11 and 12 and 13 and 14, be, and the same is hereby,
vacated, closed, and permanently abandoned as a street or public
thoroughfare, and the fee to the same is hereby released and
will revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law.
SECTION 2.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
and effect from and after the date of its passage.
