The Amon G. Carter Foundation, owner of adjoining property, has requested
the City of Fort Worth to close and vacate the north-south alley in Block
3, Sanders Addition, as shown on the attached map, Closing of the alley
will permit consolidation with the adjoining property and benefit future

and do not object to the proposed vacation, provided that the alley is
retained as an easement for existing utilities. The City Plan Commission

it as a utility easement.
