AN ORDINANCE REFERRING BIDS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF A
PORTION OF NORTHWEST TWELFTH STREET
IN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, TO THE PUBLIC WORKS IEPARTMENT
FOR A REPORT THEREON
HE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HURT WORTH, TEXAS
SECTION 1.
That Bids for the construction of improvements on Northwest Twelfth
Street, from the westerly line of North Main Street to the easterly line
of Jacksboro Highway, in the City of Fort Worth, Texas, having on the 28th
day of March, 1957, been opened and read and the following persons had filed
bids for the performance of such work or part thereof, to-wit:
1. Worth Construction Company, Fort Worth, Texas
2. General Construction Company, Fort Worth, Texas
3. Texas Bitulithic Company, Fort Worth, Texas
that such Bids be and the same are hereby referred to the Public Works Department,
which is directed to cause to be promptly filed with the City Council a report
and recommendation thereon.
SECTION 2.
That this Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage.
