LL AN ORDINANCE CLOSING A DRAINAGE EASEMENT ACROSS IAT 21, BLACK 3, MEADOWBROOK PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTS, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS, SUCH CLOSING BEING CONDITIONED UPON THE REPLATTING OF LATS 20 AND 21, BLACK 3, SAID ADDITION, AND DEDICATION OF A NEW DRAINAGE EASEMENT FIFTEEN FEET IN WIDTH ALONG THE EXISTING STORM DRAIN AS SHOWN ON PLAT FILED WITH THE PLANNING AND ZONING DIVISION OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH ON AUGUST 9, 1957, REVISING LATS 20, 21-A AND 21-B AND PLATTING LOTS 20-R, 21-A-R AND 21B-R, BLACK 3 OF SAID ADDITION, PREPARED BY CLAUD W. ESTES ENGINEERING COMPANY; PROVIDING THE FURTHER CONDITION TEAT THE THIRTY FOOT DRAINAGE EASEMENT RUNNING NORTH AND SOUTH IN, THROUGH AND ACROSS SAID LAT 21, BLACK 3, MEADOWBROOK PARK ADDITION, SHALL BE REDEDI- CATED AND REMAIN AS SHOWN ON SUCH REVISED PLAT; ATTACHING HERETO A COPY OF THE APPROVED REVISION OF SUCH LATS AND DESIGNATING SAME AS EXHIBIT "A"; PROVIDING A REVERTER CLAUSE; REPEALING ALL ORDI- NANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE TO BE WHEN A PLAT IN ACCORDANCE WITH SUCH EXHIBIT "A" IS FILED OF RECORD IN THE PLAT RECORDS OF TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS, THE SAME TO BE FILED WITHIN A PERIOD OF SIX MONTHS FROM AUGUST 9, 1957• BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the easement shown in red on Exhibit "A" attached hereto be vacated, abandoned and permanently closed, the same being situated along the north line of Lot 21, Block 3, Meadowbrook Park Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, said easement being the northerly thirty (30) feet of said Lot 21, and extending from its westerly property line to its easterly property line a distance of 192.8 feet, save and except the thirty (30) foot drainage easement extending through said lot in a northerly and southerly direction and a fifteen (15) foot easement extending from the west property line in a northeasterly direction to the northerly boundary of said Lot 21, all as shown in white on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and ex- pressly made a pert hereof. SECTION 2. That the vacation and abandonment of the existing thirty (30) foot easement hereinabove referred to in Section 1 is further conditioned on the dedication of an additional fifteen (15) foot drainage easement in, through, upon and across a portion of Lots 20 and 21, Block 3 of said addi- tion, and described as Lot 20-R and Lot 21-A-11 as shown on Exhibit "A", such new easement to be dedicated being marked in blue -crayon on said Exhibit "A". SECTION 3. That the fee to the land in the original thirty (30) foot easement not to be rededicated in accordance with the revised plat shown on Exhibit "A", save and except that portion within the original drainage easement ex- tending through said lot in a northerly, and southerly direction, is hereby released and will revert to the owner as provided by law. SECTION 4. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect if and only if an approved revision of Lots 20, 21-A and 21-B and platting of Lots 20-R, 21-A-R and 21-B-R, Block 3, Meadowbrook Park Addition, in ac- cordance with Exhibit "A" attached hereto and expressly made a part hereof is filed of record in the Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas, within a period not exceeding six months from August 9, 1957- APPROVED AS TO FORM: Assistant City Attorney
