AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT AN EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS, BE VACATED, ABANDONED AND CLOSED; PROVIDING FOR THE REVERSION OF THE FEE IN SAID LAND; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT H; AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDI- NANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: Section 1. That the following described easement be and the same is hereby closed, abandoned and permanently vacated as a street or public thoroughfare of any kind or character -whatever: That portion of the utility easement fifty feet in -width between Block 1 and Block 12, Highland Homes Addition from the westerly line of Irene Street to 181.2 feet to the west. Section 2. That the fee to the land in said easement is hereby released and will revert to'-the adjacent owner as provided by law. Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 4. The City of tort Worth Water Department bas no objection to the closing of this easement provided the cost of removing the four-inch water main is paid by Mr. Cotti*qlame. Mr. Cottingame has agreed to bear this expense. All other intor*sted parties have been contacted and no objections have been offered to the requested closing. The easement to be closed is described as follows: That portion of the utility easement 50 feet in width between Blacks I and 12, Highland Homes Additii*� from the westerly line of Irene Street to 181 .2 feet to +he west.
