An ordinance amending the first paragraph or division

of Section 16 of Ordinance No. 55 passed by the Board of Com-
missioner$f the City of Fort Worth on December 10th,1907 ,and
recorded in Ordinance Book E, pages 320 to 325, said paragraph or
'_� division being that portion of said Section 16 relating to
and regulating fees to be charged for inspection of plumbing
work within the City of Fort Worth.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF FORT WORTH:
Sec. 1. That the first paragraph or ^division of Section
16 of Ordinance No. 55 passed by the Board of Commissioners of
the City of Fort Worth on December 10th, 1907 , said first
paragraph or O;%visicn being that portion of said Section 16
relating to and fixing the fees to be charged for the
inspection of plumbing within the City of Fort Worth be emended
so as to read as follows: The following fees shall be collect-
ed for the inspection of plumbing work, extension or repairs
within the City of Fort Worth, to-wit:
First fixture ,inspected on each job , $1;00

The term fixture used in this ordinance shall include
the following: water closets, catch basins, bath tubs, pantry
sinks, wash basins, wahh trays, outside closets, wash racks,
urnials, slop sinks, kitchen sinks., ath sem, trinking fountains,
boilers, heaters, hoppeV closets,yeach` section of sectional
fixtures, each other part of plumbing which is connected to vw
water or sewer pipes. In addition to the above fees there shall
be collected a fee of 50 cents for each trip made by the
Inspector in response to a call for inspection of any plumbing
when such plumbing is not ready for inspection. The fees so
collected shall be turned over 9,nd deposited with the

Secretary of the Water Works and credited to the Water Works

Fund and each case where fees are collected a receipt
therefor shall be issued and record of same preserved and stub
kept for that purpose and a memorandum of same showing
the name of person and amount collected shall be kept and
preserved in a book in the office of the City Plumber. That
except as above amended Section 16 of said Ordinance No. 55
shall be and remain in full force and effect.
Sec. 2. That the first paragraph orAivision of Section
16 Ordinance No. 55 hereinbefore amended and all other ordinances
and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repeal
-ed.
Sec. 3. That this ordinace shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and publication as requir-
ed by law,
