ING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
I EREAS, it is considered by the City Council
of the City of Fort North, that the .safety, conven-
ience and general welfare of the public make it neces-
sary that the Erection, construction or structure of
any kind or character be prohi bit ed nearer to the
property line on either side of Crestline Road be-
tween Sanguinet Street and Clear Fork to °`Tinily T-L ver,
than is hereafter set out.
Now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FORT NORTH:
SECTION I.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, cor-
poration or association of persons in the City of Fort
North, Texas, to build, construct, place, erect or re-
censtruct any building or structure of any kind or
natttre whatsoever along Crestline Road from Sanguinet
to Clear Fork of Trinity River, between the following
described building lines, to-wit:
1. A building line northerly from the
northerl property line of Grestline Road
more particularly described as follows:
Ten feet northerly from the northerly pro-
perty line of Crestline Road frau San�uinet
Street to Camp Bowie Boulevard. Twenty-four
feet northerly from the northerly property
line of Crestline Road from Camp Bowie Boule-
vard to Tvlsa Way . Ten feet northerly from
the northerly property line of Crestline Road

from Tulsa Way to Montgomery Street Fifty
feet northerly from the southerl line of
the J. F. Mon omery Survey and The south
line of the J1. 0. Lynch Survey trom Mont-
gomery Street to the Clear Fork of the Trinity
Ri ver.
2. A building line southerly- from the
southerlyproperty line of Crestline Road
more paricularly described as follows:
Ten feet southerly from the southerly
propertyline of Crestline Road from San-
guinet treet to Montgomery Street. Fifty
feet southerly from the soatheriy line of
the J. P. Mol omery Survey and the southerly
line of the . . C. Lynch Survey from Mont-
gomery Street to the Clear Fork of the Trinity
Fti ver.
SECTION II.
That any person, firm, corporation or assD cia-
t ion of p er s ons who shall violate any of the pro vi s ions
of this ordinance shall be subject to a fine not to ex-
ceed One Hundred (U00.00) Dollars.
SECTION III.
That each and every day any such building,
erection or structure shall remain in violation of this
ordinance shall be deemed and constitute a separate and
distinct offense.
SECTION IV.
The holding or adjudication of any section,
portion, clause or part hereof to be invaild shall not
affect the validity of any other section, portion,
clause or part hereof, but all such sections, portions,
clauses and parts hereof shall be and remain valid.
SECTION V.
This ordinance shall become effective and shall
be in full force and effect from and after the date pub-
lished as required by law.
