BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the name of Smith Street, between Blocks 8 and 9, 3 and 4 in Bells Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, is hereby changed to Belmeade Drive. SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall be cumulative of all other ordinances af- fecting the names of streets in the City of Fort Worth except insofar as it may be in conflict with the provisions of those ordinances, in which instance they are hereby expressly repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage.
