AN ORDINANGE ACCNPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON TERVEr.T, AVM M
FROM THE WESTIMLY L33M OF MISSOURI AVENUB TO THE
EAST32LY LINE OF THE NOBTE--SOUTH FBMWAY IN THE CITY
or FOBT WOBTH, TEXAS.
WEEMS, The City of tort Worth, Tema has heretofore entered
into a Contract with General Construction Company for the making and
ooustrnction of certain street improvements on the following portion of
TEU131L AVS, in said City, 0-wits
TERMI AVXM: from the westerly line of Missouri
Avenue to the easterly line of the Borth-South 7reera r,
known and designated as Unit No. 2,
and,
WHEREAS, such improvements have been completed upon said portion
of Terrell Avenge and have been inspected and found to be in complete
accordance with the Contract, NOW TMOMMEN,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUSCIL OF THE CITY OF P013T WOM,
TEXA8,
That the improvements on said portion of Terrell Avenue be, and
they are hereby, accepted= sad the Contract with reference to the construction
of such improvements be, and is hereby. found and declared fully completed
and perfemed..
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in fd3.1 force from and
after its passage.
