the closing of a ten-soot wide strap c)f Czestline K-iad 'right-of-way along the
front of the property between Washhri.rn and Sanguinet, in order to permit a more
desirable development of the block which is being repl.a.tted from 5 narrow lots
into two lots.
Crestline Road has a 36-foot pavement width on a 100-foot right-of-way at the
location of the proposed. closing. A. portion of. Crestline Road -near Peanticost
Street and Dexter Avenue was reduced to a 90-foot widtt1by Ordinance No. 4804,
adopted by the City Council January 21., 1963 (M&C PZ-43).
The Public. Works, the `Traffic Engineering, and the Planning Departments agree
that the future maximum regiA.r'ed roadway width will not exceed 44-feet, for
which"the right-of-way width remaining after the recommended closing is adequate
The private utility companies, Pr blice 'Works, Traffic Engineering, and Water De-

objections provided easements are reserved for any and all existing utilities.
