AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND VACATING THREE UTILITY
EASSICOM IN THE PETERSON PATE SURVEY ADJACENT
TO THE WEST LOT LINES OF BLOCK 48, RIDGMAR ADDI-
TION TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTS, TARRANT COUNTY,
TEXAS: AND PROVIDING FOR THE REVERSION OF THE
INTEREST OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH IN SAID LAND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT WORTH, TEXAS :
SECTION 1.
That three 10 foot X 35 foot utility easements in the
Paterson Pate Survey adjacent to the west lot lines of Block
48, Rid mr Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County,
Texas, be and the same are hereby extinguished, vacated, closed
and pesntly abandoned as easements for guy wire use.
SECTION 2.
That the interest of the City of Fort Worth in the fee
to the land in said easements above described is hereby released
and shall revert to the adjacent owner of the fee as provided
by law.
SECTION 3 .
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4.
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
fore and effect from and after the date of its passage.

REED FARM.-
The Fort Worth National Bank, Trustee, has requested that the
City vacate three 10 foot x 35 foot utility easements in the
Peterson Pate Survey adjacent to the west lot lines of Block 48,
Ridgmar Addition as shown on the attached map. The guy wire use
of these easements has been abandoned.
City departments and private utility companies have reviewed this
request and have determined that subject easements will not be
needed in the future. The City Plan Commission has reviewed the
request and recommends adoption of an ordinance vacating the
utility easements as requested.
Recommendation
It is recommended that the City Council adopt an ordinance vacat-
ing the easements described above as recommended by the City
Plan Commission.
