SECTION 1.
That subparagraph 'a" of Paragraph 6.01 of Article 6 of
Ordinance No. 6253 he and the same is hereby amended so that
hereafter the same shall be and read as follows:
a. Location: A nubile home park shall have no less
than thirty (30) mobile hrAm spaces and shall be
located only on sites having a zoninr, classification
of "Nt"', Mobile Nome Park, as defined in Ordinance
Eio. 3011, as amended, the Comerehensive Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Fort Worth."
SECTION 2.
That this ordinance shall repeal every prior ordinance
and provision of the Fort Worth City Codes in conflict herewith
but only insofar as the portion of such prior ordinance or pro-
vision shall be in conflict, and as to all other ordinances or
provisions of the Fort 'Worth City Codes not in direct conflict
herewith, this ordinance shall be and is hereby made cumulative.
SECTION 3.
That if any section, part of a section or provision of any
section of this ordinance shall be held to be void, ineffec-
tive or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction,

6/22/70 G-1592 Ordinance No. 6293 Re: Minimum Area lot 1
On May 18, 1970 the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 6293,` (the Mobile
Home Parks Ordinance) . This ordinance did not contain 'a minimum area re-
quirement as originally proposed. The City Plan Commission subsequently
requested that ,the City Council consider establishing a minimum area re-
quirement as an integral part of the site development requirements.
On June 8, 1970 City Council set the date of June 22, 1970 to consider
amending the Mobile Home Park Ordinance to specify the minimum size for
mobile home parks as seven acres.
Recommendation
It is recommended that Par. 6.01 of the Mobile Home Park Ordinance be
amended as follows to not only incorporate the minimum area requirement,
but also to reflect the mobile home park zoning classification which is
now in effect:
"a. Location: A mobile home park shall be located
only on sites having an area of not less than
seven (7) acres in size and having a zoning
classification of "MH", Mobile Home Park, as
defined in Ordinance No. 3011, the Comprehen-
sive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort
Worth " as amended.
