The next revision is to be effective July 1, 1979. These new charges are to be equal to 80% of the on-site front foot costs for water and sanitary sewers constructed by contracts let from June 1, 1.978, through May 31, 1979. These new charges have been computed and compare with current front foot charges as follows: Computation of Proposed Front Foot Charge Current Total Contract Proposed Ne Front Foot Price of No. Front Cost Per 80% Front Charge Facility Charge Facilities Ft.
