AN ORDINANCE FIXING DIFFERENT USES OF BUILDINGS
HEREAFTER ERECTED IN THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED
AREAS FROM THE USES AS SHOViN ON THE MAPS ATTACH-
ED TO ORDINANCE NO. 2082, SAME BEING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, certain errors, irregularities and hardships have developed
as a result of restriction of uses in certain areas under Ordinance No.
2082, the existing Zoning Ordinance; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council that these errors, ir-
regularities and hardships be corrected;
TT IS THEREFORE ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
WORTH, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 2082 be amended so that the following described
uses in the hereinafter described areas be changed, altered and amended as
shown after each area hereinafter described, to wit:

Lots 2 & 3, Block 1, College Hill
Addition; South 2001 of Lot 4,
Block 41, Jennings South Addition "D" "G11
Lots 11 & 12, Block 22; Lots 7 & 8,

Lots 1 & 2, Block 35, Riverside Ad-
dition
Lot 7, Block 1, Oakland Park; Lots 13,
14, 15, 16, 17 & 18, Turner's Subdivision

1, 2 & 3, Block B-1, Beacon Hill Addition;
North 1501 of Tr. 21 & 22, east of Block

SECTION 2.
That this ordinance shall be effective from and after its passage.
