AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT THE ALLEY IN BLOCK A-6 OF DAGGETT ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TAR- RANT COUNTY, TEXAS, BETWEEN HOUSTON STREET AND THROCK- MORTON STREET FROM 10TH STREET TO 11TH STREET, BE ABANDONED, VACATED AND CLOSED; AND PROVIDING FOR THE REVERSION OF THE FEE TO SAID LAND. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the alley in Block A-6 of Daggett Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, between Houston Street and Throckmorton Street from 10th Street to 11th Street, is hereby vacated, closed and permanently abandoned as an alley or public thoroughfare of any kind or character what- ever. SECTION 2. That the fee to the land in said alley above described is hereby released and will revert to the owner as provided by law, save and except that an easement is reserved for all existing utilities; and it is specifical- ly understood and agreed that should a building or buildings be constructed over any part of the 8-inch deep sanitary sewer in said alley, the owner of said block shall, at its own expense, replace this line with 8-inch cast iron pipe. SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in dill force and effect from and after the date of its passage. APPROVED AS TO FORM: `��wy
