that shall be collected by the city of Fort Worth from persons en-
gaging in the sale of spirituous, vinous or malt lis or medicat-

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD 07 COMIISSIONMRS OF THE CITY
OF ?ORT WORTH.
Sec. 1. That Section- 215,, Chapter 14 of Title 1, of the
revised ordinances of the City of Fort Worth as codified by Wm. D.
.
Williams and T. J. Powell be ainmended so as to read as follows,t0-wt
Hereafter, there shall be collected from every person, fikm,
or association of persons selling pptrituous, vinous or malt liquors
or medicated bitters, within the city of Fort Worth an annual tax on
each separate establishment as follows; For selling spirituous, vinous,
or malt liquors in quantities of one gallon or less than one gal-
Ion one hundred and eighty seven and one half dollars. For selling
such liquors in quantities of one gallon or more than one gallon,
One hundred and eighty seven and one half dollars. Provided, that in
selling one gallon the same maty be made up of di3'ferent liquors in
unbroken packages, aggregating no-t less than one gallon. For selling
malt liquors exclusively, thirty-one dollars and twenty-five cents.
Sec. 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
Tlict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed and that this
ordinance be in force from an �OYter its passage and publication
as required by law.
