AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING BUILDING LINES
ON BRYAN STREET BETWEEN MORNINGSIDE DRIVE AND
BOLT STREET AND PROHIBITING THE ERECTION, CONSTRUC-
TION, RECONSTRUCTION OR PLACING OF ANY BUILDINGS ONO-f
STRUCTURES BETWEEN SAID BUILDING LINES AND PROVIDING
A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
WHEREAS, it is considered by the City Council of the
City of Fort Worth, that the safety, convenience and general
welfare of public make it necessary that the erectii, construc-
tion, reconstruction or placing of any building, obstruction or
structure of any kind or charaoter be prohibited nearer to the
property line on either side of Bryan Street between Morninside
Drive and Bolt Street, than is hereafter set out,
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT WORTH:
SECTION I.
It small be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation
or association of persons in the City of Fort Worth, Texas, to
build, construct, place, ereot, or recon&tguct any building or
structure of any kind or nature whatsoever along Bryan Street
from N rningside Drive to Bolt Street, between the following
described building lines, to-wit:
1. A building line easterly from the easterly
property line of Bryan Street more particularly
described as follows:
Ten Feet (101) easterly from the eaatgrly
property line of Bryan Street from Morningside
Drive to a point one hundred (1001) Poet -norther-
ly from the northerly property line of Biddison
Street. A straight line from the last described
point to a point on the northerly property line
of Biddison Street fifty (50t) Feet easterly from
the easterly property line of Bryan Street.
Fifteen feet easterly/from the easterly property
line of Bryan Street from Biddison Street to a
point fifty 1501) feet northerly from the north-
erly property line of Pafford Street. A straight
line from the last described point to a point

property line of Bryan Street from Norninggaaide
Drive to Biddison Street a strait line fraw a
point in the southerly property line of Biddison
Street fifty (501) feet westerly from the wester-
ly property line of Bryan Street to a point
ome hundred (1001) feet southerly from the south-
erly property line of Biddison S treat and fifteen
(159) feet westerly from the westerly property
line of Bryan Street. Fifteen (15' feet westerly
from the westerly property line of ,yan Street
Brom the last described point to Pafford Street.
A straight line from a point in the southerly
property line of Pafford Street twenty-five 25l)
feet westerly from the westerlyproperty line of
Bryan Street to a point fifty 501 ) feet souther-
ly from the southerly property line of Pafford
Street and ten (1Oe) feet westerly from the wester-
ly property line of Bryan Street. Ten (10 1) feet
westerly from the westerly property line of Bryan
Street from the last described point to Bolt Street.
SECTION II.
That any person, firm, corporation or association
of persons who shall violate any of the provisions of this
ordinance shall be subject to a fine not to exceed One Hundred
($100.00) Dollars,
SECTION III.
That each and every day any such biilding,
erection or structure shall remain in violation of this ordinance
shall be deemed and cora titute a separate and distinct offense.
SE CTI ON IV*
The holding or adjudication of any section„
portion, clause or part hereof/to be invalid shall not affect
the validity of any other section, portion, clause or part hereof,
but all such sections, potions, clauses and parts hereof shall
be and remain valid.
SECTION V.
This erdin"** shall become effective
and shall be in dill force and effect from and after the date
publlahed' as required by law.,
