AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND VACATING THE SANITARY SEWER
EASEMENT IN LOTS 6, 7, 8, 9 AND 10 OF BLOCK 38, BLUE-
BONNET BILLS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TAR-
RANT COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT APPROVED BY
THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION MARCH 31, 1941, AND RE-
CORDED IN VOLUME 388-B AT PAGE 152; AND PROVIDING FOR
THE REVERSION OF THE FEE TO SAID LAND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That the sanitary sever easement in Lots 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Block 38,
Bluebonnet Hills Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas,
according to the plat approved by the City Planning Commission March 31, 1941,
and recorded in Volume 388-B at page 152, be and the same is hereby extinguished,
vacated, closed and permanently abandoned as a sanitary sever easement.
SECTION 2.
That the fee to the land in said sanitary sever easement above de-
scribed is hereby released and will revert to the owners as provided by lay.
SECTION 3.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 4.
That this ordinance shell take effect and be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage.
