ITEMS CONTINUED/WITHDRAWN M&C G-6890 withdrawn 2. ITEMS TO BE WITHDRAWN FROM THE CONSENT AGENDA None t Councilman Gilley requested that a no vote be shown for him on M&C L-9040. 3. BOARDS/COMMISSIONS Councilman Lancaster appointed Mr. John Patterson to the Aviation Board. Councilman Zapata reappointed the following persons to the Fort Worth Human Relations Commission: Mr. Thomas C. Sassman, pl.6; Ms. Ann Y. Collins, pl.10; Mr. Rabbi R. Mecklenberger, pl.14; Chris Miller, pl 18; and Rae Schoelmaier, pl 20. Councilman Zapata reappointed Ms. Patricia L. Rangel to the City Plan Commission, pl 2 ; Mr. Pablo Calderon to the Community Development Commission, pl 2 and Ms. Maggie Cagigal to the Fort Worth Commission on the status of Women, pl 2. Mayor Bob Bolen appointed Dr. D.S. Zimmers to the Private Industry Council. 4. COMMENTS AND REQUESTS M&C G-6887 - Approval of estimates. Mr. Miles asked that Council delay the adoption of the M&C until a fair level of estimates can be devised. Mr. Miles stated that with fair estimates they could have sliding scales of assessments and boundaries could be reduced. Ms. Helen Wallace told Council that a fair rate should be set according to what is utilized by the merchants. Councilman Lancaster said that he would like to see a formula for applying rates that are equitable. Councilman Williams requested that the M&C be delayed until December 9, 1986. M&C G-6893 - Bonds (Will Rogers Memorial Center) - Councilman Lancaster was REC�A� concerned about whether the authorization of the bond would mean a debt o� ,�t �( City. Mr. Judson Bailiff assured Councilman Lancaster that it would not Tybecause the bond was not tax supported.
