SUBJECT
Adoption of Ordinance to Amend the Fort Worth Plumbing Code to Include Fees for Medical Gasses
and Vacuum Systems
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance establishing the correct fee for
Medical gasses and vacuum systems in the Plumbing Code of the City of Fort Worth
DISCUSSION
With the recent approval of Ordinance 16164 to increase the Plumbing Permit fees, an error was
discovered in that the fee table did not list the fee for 'medical gasses and vacuum systems. This
replacement table will correct that oversight. The revenue value for this fee was included on the original
(M&C G-14537) for permit fee increase
FISCAL INFORMATION/CERTIFICATION
The Finance Director certifies that the Development Department will be responsible for collection of permit
fees due to the City
