AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND EXTINGUISHING A 10-FOOT
WIDE BY 337 6-FOOT LONG UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED
WITHIN BLOCK 11 R, STONEGATE ADDITION, FORT WORTH,
TEXAS, AND CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 3,376 SQUARE
FEET, PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND,
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH,
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
WORTH, TEXAS•
SECTION 1
That a 10-foot wide by 337 6-foot long utility easement containing
approximately 3,376 square feet in the 2400 block of Oak Hill Circle, within Block
11 R, Stonegate Addition, an addition to the City of Fort Worth, Texas and as
recorded in Cabinet A, Slide 4082, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and as
more specifically described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein
by reference, be and the same is vacated and extinguished
SECTION 2
That the fee to the land in the above described vacated utility easement is
hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law
SECTION 3
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed
SECTION 4
That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption

BEING a tract of land situated m the s. C Inman Survey, Abstract Number 824, City of Fort Worth,
Tarrant County, Texas and being all of Block 11R, Stonegate Addition, an addition to the City of Fort
Worth as recorded m Cabinet "A", Shde 4082, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and being a portion
of that easement granted to Dos Gringos, Inc., recorded in Volume 12117, Page 1$20 of Deed Records,
Tarrant Ccunty, Texas and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows
COMMENCING at an "x" cut m top of curb, found, at the southwest corner of said Block 11R, and being
the northwest corner, of Block 7R, Stonegate Addition, an addrtion to the City of Fort Worth, recorded m
Cabinet "A", Slide 4108 of said Plat Records, and being m the easterly nght-of--way tine of Oak Hill Circle
(variable width right-of--way),
THENCE N 00°22'23"E, 322 44 feet vv~th said easterly right-of--way, to the POINT OF BEGINNING,

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance vacating a 10-foot by 337 6-foot
utility easement within Block 11 R, Stonegate Addition, an addition to the City of Fort Worth, as recorded
in Cabinet A, Slide 4082, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and containing 3,376 square feet in the
2400 block of Oak Hill Circle
DISCUSSION
Trammell Crow, Inc., owner of the above described property, has requested vacation of the referenced
easement to replat with adjoining land Existing improvements in this easement .include surtace paving
A new relocated easement is designated on the .replat.
The Engineering Department, Real Property Services Division states that a fee of $1 00 will satisfy the
public interest. Reviewing City departments and public utility companies have raised no objections to
this request. An acceptable replat has been provided (FS-02-035)
This easement is located in COUNCIL DISTRICT 9
