HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 15109Z .,. ~.~ ORDINANCE NO. ~/ ~~ AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND EXTINGUISHING A PORTION OF HARWEN TERRACE LOCATED BETWEEN BLOCKS 33 AND 36 IN THE BLUEBONNET HILLS ADDITION, VACATING AND EXTINGUISHING UTILITY EASEMENTS ALONG LOTS 1 THROUGH 10, BLOCK 33, AND LOTS 1 THROUGH 10, BLOCK 36, BLUEBONNET HILLS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS; PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS. SECTION 1. THAT a portion of Harwen Terrace located between Blocks 33 and 36 in the Bluebonnet Hills Addition and measuring 265 feet long by 50 feet wide and containing 13,250 square feet; and utility easements along Lots 1 through 10, Block 33 in the Bluebonnet Hills Addition, and Lots 1 through 10, Block 36, measuring 265 feet by 8 feet and containing 2,120 square feet each, Bluebonnet Hills Addition, Fort Worth, Texas, as recorded in Volume 3886, Page 152, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas, as more specifically described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference be and the same are vacated and extinguished SECTION 2. That the fee to the land in the above described vacated street portion and utility easements are hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law ,, . ~, ~,,;, _ ~: , SECTION 3. Reviewing City departments and public utility companies have raised no objections to this request.
