BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS SECTION 1 THAT a 20-foot wide by 880-foot long sanitary sewer easement, located in Isabel Flores Survey, Abstract 507, Tarrant County, Texas, and being a parcel of land dedicated as a Permanent Sanitary Sewer Easement as recorded in Volume 13175, Page 402, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and containing 0 404 acres of land, and as more specifically described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference be and the same is vacated and extinguished SECTION 2. That the fees to the land in the above described vacated sanitary sewer easement are hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law SECTION 3 That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed SECTION 4. The Engineering Department, Real Property Services Division states that a fee of $1 00 will satisfy the public interest. Reviewing City departments and public utility companies have raised no objections to this request.
