HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 14919 ORDINANCE NO ~~g ~ I AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND EXTINGUISHING A 24-FOOT WIDE BY 200-FOOT LONG PUBLIC ACCESS EASEMENT LOCATED IN THE SOUTH MEADOW ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH TEXAS PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH TEXAS SECTION 1 THAT the 24-foot wide by 200-foot long public access easement, containing 0 11 acres of land located in the S.A. & M S Railroad Company? This easement was originally obtained by plat dedication The Engineering Department, Real Property Services Division states that a fee of $1 00 will satisfy the public interest. Reviewing City departments and public utility companies have raised no objections to this request.
