AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND EXTINGUISHING A 20-FOOT WIDE
BY 700-FOOT LONG SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT, LOCATED IN
LOTS 26 THROUGH 31, BLOCK 26 AND LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 22,
MARINE CREEK ESTATES ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT
WORTH, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID
LAND, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH,
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH,
TEXAS
SECTION 1
THAT a 20-foot wide by 700-foot long sanitary sewer easement, located in Lots
26 through 31, Block 26, and Lots 17 and 18, Block 22, Marine Creek Estates Addition,
Fort Worth, Texas, and as recorded in Cabinet A, Slide 6456, and in Cabinet D, Slide
6819 of the Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and as more specifically described in
Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference be and the same is
vacated and extinguished
SECTION 2
That the fees to the land in the above described vacated sanitary sewer
easements are hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by
law
SECTION 3
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed
SECTION 4
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its passage, and it is so ordained

BEING a strip of land, 20' wide, situated m the T & P.RR. Co Survey, Abstract Number 1472,
City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of a 20' Sanitary Sewer
Easement, Parcel 5-B, as recorded m Volume 5416, Page 536,. County Records, Tarrant County,
Texas, said sanitary sewer easement also being m Manne Creek Estates, Phase VI-A as filed in
Cabinet A, Slide 6456, and in Manne Creek Estates, Phase VI-B as filed in Cabinet A, Slide
6819, all of Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas, said step of land being more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows
COMMENCING at the southwest corner of said Manne Creek Estates, Phase VI-B, said point
being the southwest corner of Lot 18, Block 22 of said addition,
THENCE N 89°33'22"E, 12.91 feet along the southerly line of said Lot 18, Block 22 to the
POINT OF BEGINNING
THENCE N 29°57'34"E, 711 73 feet to a point m the southerly line of Lake Worth Independent
School Distnct tract as recorded in Volume 13369, Page 194, said County Records, being the
beginning of anon-tangent curve to the nght;

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance vacating a 20-foot wide by 700-
foot long sanitary sewer easement located in Lots 26 through 31, Block 26, and Lots 17 and 18, Block
22, Marine Creek Estates Addition, Fort Worth, Texas, as recorded in Cabinet A, Slide 6456, and in
Cabinet D, Slide 6819 of the Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas
DISCUSSION
Acacia Lone Star 7, L P , Phoenix, Arizona, owner of the above-described adjacent property, has
requested vacation of the sanitary sewer easement to enable yard development for single-family lots
No sewer line is located in the easement.
The Engineering Department, Real Property Services Division states that a fee of $1 00 will satisfy the
public interest.
Reviewing City departments and public utility companies .have raised no objections to this request. A
~.replat is not required
This request is located in COUNCIL DISTRICT 7
