HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 15373 ORDINANCE NO AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND EXTINGUISHING PORTIONS OF THREE STREETS AND TWO ALLEYS BETWEEN SOUTH HENDERSON STREET AND COLLEGE AVENUE LOCATED IN FIELDS WELCH ADDITION AND TERRELL SUBDIVISION, CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS; PROVIDING FOR THE REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS. SECTION 1. The 900 Block of South Adams Street, situated in Terrell Subdivision recorded in Volume 63, Page 155, Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas, c. The 900 Block of Deloach street, situated in Terrell Subdivision recorded in Volume 63, Page 155, Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas, d. The Engineering Department, Real Property Services Division states that a fee of $1 00 will satisfy the public interest. Reviewing City departments and public utility companies have raised no objections to this request.
