T ` ` /~ ~~ ORDINANCE NO AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND EXTINGUISHING NINE 60-FOOT BY VARIABLE LENGTH PRIVATE ACCESS EASEMENTS, LOCATED IN LOTS 16, 17, 25, 26, 27, 28, 31, 32, 45 THRU 48, BLOCK 4 AND LOTS 6, 7, 22, 23, 31, BLOCK 5, HICKS AIRFIELD ADDITION, SECTION 3, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR THE REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS SECTION 1 THAT nine 60-foot wide by variable length private access easements located in Lots 16, 17, 25, 26, 27, 28, 31, 32, 45-48, Block 4 and Lots 6, 7, 22, 23, 30 and 31, Block 5, Hicks Airfield Addition, Section 3, Tarrant County, Texas, as recorded in Cabinet A, Slide 5273, Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas, and as more specifically described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein, by reference be and the same are vacated and extinguished SECTION 2. That the fee to the land in the above described private access easements are released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law SECTION 3 That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed SECTION 4 That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, and it is so ordained Ta. The Engineering Department, Real Property Management Division has determined that a fee of $1 00 will satisfy the public interest. Reviewing City departments and public utility companies have raised no objections to this request.
