Price Hulsey of Fort Worth, Texas, owner of the adjacent property, has requested vacation of the said street right-of-way to facilitate parking and development expansion The Engineering Department, Real Property Management Division states that the street right-of-way property meets the requirements of the alternative valuation Ordinance No 1367, and is located in the Fort Worth South Master Plan area, therefore the acquisition fee is $1 00 Existing utilities will be relocated at the owner's expense, or required utility easements will be retained Reviewing City departments and public utility companies have raised no objections to this request.
