ORDINANCE NO.-1~'J .S~ AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING, CLOSING AND EXTINGUISHING A 5-FOOT WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT, EAST HANDLEY HEIGHTS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS SECTION 1 That the 5-foot wide by 190-foot long utility easement, containing approximately 950 square feet, more or less, located in Lot 2-A, and the east 25 feet of the south 190 feet of Lot 2, Block 2, East Handley Heights Addition, as recorded in Volume 388-200, Page 61, Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas, and as more specifically described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be and the same is vacated, abandoned and permanently extinguished SECTION 2.
