DISCUSSION K. D Zimmerman (Lot 24), and Mike Escobedo (Lot 25), of Block 9 of the Linkwood Estates Addition to the City of Fort Worth, owners of the afore-described property, have requested vacation of the above- referenced utility easement to enable the construction of a house over the two lots An existing water line was relocated at the owners' expense, and the Engineering Department, Real Property Management Division states that the acquisition fee of $1 00 will satisfy the public interest. Reviewing City departments and public utility companies have raised no objections to this request.
