C KING SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 906, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS SECTION 1 THAT a 30-foot wide by 820 foot long sanitary sewer easement, located in the L C King Survey, Abstract No 906, Tarrant County, Texas, and being a portion of a 115 349 acre tract of land in the deed to the Ranches North, Ltd , as recorded in Volume 14727, Page 179, Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas, containing approximately 0 564 acres, and as more specifically described in Exhibit A attached ,, hereto and incorporated herein by reference be and the same is vacated, abandoned and permanently closed and extinguished ~, SECTION 2 That the fee to the land in the above described vacated sanitary sewer easement are hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed } y . ~ ',J~~ SECTION 4. DISCUSSION Ranches North, Ltd , owners of the above-described property, have requested vacation of the said easement to enable subdivision development. The Engineering Department, Real Property Management Division states that a fee of $1 00 will satisfy the public interest. This easement is located in the City's extraterritorial jurisdiction, and the sewer line has been relocated Reviewing City departments and public utility companies have raised no objections to this request. A replat is not required This easement is located in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Fort Worth FISCAL INFORMATION/CERTIFICATION The Finance Director certifies that this action will have no material effect on City funds.
