HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 14466ORDINANCE NO ~ `I 7 6 AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND EXTINGUISHING A 40 FEET WIDE BY 50 FEET LONG PUBLIC ACCESS EASEMENT, CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 0.046 ACRES, AND LOCATED ADJACENT TO CAMPUS DRIVE AND SITUATED IN LOTS lA AND 1B, BLOCK 5, OF CAMPUS BUSINESS PARK IN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. ' BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1 That a 40 feet wide by 50 feet long Public Access Easement, containing approximately 0 046 acres, and located adjacent to Campus Dnve and situated in Lots lA and 1B, Block 5, of Campus Business Park, a Subdivision of Record, as recorded m Volume 388-128, Page 19, Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas, and as more specifically described m Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference be and the same is vacated, abandoned and permanently closed and extinguished. SECTION 2. That the fee to the land in the above described vacated access easement is hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances m conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4 That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after the date of rts passage, and it is so ordained. Reviewing City departments and public utility companies have raised no objections to this request.
