AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND EXTINGUISHING A
DRAINAGE EASEMENT THAT IS 75-FEET WIDE BY 620.03
FEET LONG, AND CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 1.068
ACRES, LOCATED WITHIN DYNASTY DRIVE AND SITUATED
ADJACENT TO LOT 1 BLOCK A, LOTS 1 AND 42, BLOCK B,
LOTS 1 AND 9, BLOCK G, AND LOTS 12 THROUGH 22, BLOCK
C, STONEMEADOW ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT
WORTH, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN
SAID LAND; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
WORTH, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That a Drainage Easement that is 75-feet wide by 620 03 feet long, and containing
approximately 1 068 acres, located within Dynasty Dnve and situated add acent to Lot 1
Block A, Lots 1 and 42, Block B, Lots 1 and 9, Block G, and Lots 12 through 22, Block
C, Stonemeadow Addition m Fort Worth, Texas and as recorded m Cabinet A, Shde
6107, Map Records, Tarrant County, Texas and in Volume 13175, Pages 403, Deed
Records, Tarrant County, Texas as situated m the Isabel Flores Survey, Abstract No 507,
City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, and as more specifically described in Exhibit
A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be and the same is vacated and
extinguished.
SECTION 2.
That the fee to the land in the above described vacated drainage easement is
hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law
SECTION 3.
That all ordinances or .parts of ordinances m conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 4
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its passage, and rt is so ordained.

Being a 75 foot wide drainage easement situated in the Isabel Flores Survey, Abstract No. 507, Tarrant
County, Texas, and being a portion of that tract of land as described by deed to Hulen Property Limited
Partnership and recorded in Volume 8021, Page 2021, County Records, Tarrant County, Texas, said
easement being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
COMMENCING at the Northwest comer of said Hulen Property Limited Partnership tract, said point being
the Southwest corner of that tract of land as described by deed to W Coulsting and wife Nellie and
recorded in Volume 2804, Page 479, of said County Records;
THENCE S. 89 deg. 44 min 42 sec. E., 2408.06 feet along the common property line between said Hulen
Property Limited Partnership tract and said W Coulsting tract to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE S. 89 deg. 44 min. 42 sec. E., 75.00 feet continuing along said common property line;

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance vacating a 75-foot wide by
620 03-foot long drainage easement containing approximately 1 068 acres, more or less, located within
Dynasty Drive, and situated adjacent to Lot 1, Block A, Lots 1 and 42, Block B, Lots 1 and 9, Block G,
and Lots 12 through 22, Block C Stonemeadow Addition, as recorded in Cabinet A, Slide 6107, Map
Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and in Volume 13175, Page 403, Deed Records, Tarrant County,
Texas, as situated in the Isabel Flores Survey, Abstract No 507, City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County,
Texas
DISCUSSION
Kent Anderson, representing Hulen Park Ventures, L.L.C , of Plano, Texas, owners of the above-
described adjacent property, have requested vacation of the 75-foot wide drainage easement to
facilitate subdivision development. The Engineering Department, Real Property Management Division
requires a $1 00 acquisition fee to satisfy the public interest. Reviewing City departments and public
utility companies have raised no objections to this request. An acceptable replat has been received
This request is located in COUNCIL DISTRICT 6
