DISCUSSION Fort Worth Telco Center, Ltd of Dallas, Texas, owners of the above-described property, have requested vacation of the above described portions of street right-of-way to mitigate the encroachment of an existing building over the respective street right-of-way, and to replat said vacation into the adjoining property The Real Property Management Division has requested and received payment in the amount of $3,348 00 as fair market value for the vacation segments Reviewing City Departments and public utility companies have raised no objections to this request.
