I ~~ T5 AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING, CLOSING AND EXTINGUISHING STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY SEGMENTS IN FOSTEPCO HEIGHTS REVISED ADDITION, TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS; PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. THAT the following segments of NE 32"d street and North Main street, as more specifically described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference be and the same are vacated, abandoned, and permanently closed and extinguished A 5-foot by 442 5-foot long street segment of NE 32"d Street containing 2,213 square feet, and a 10-foot by 35-foot long street segment of North Main Street containing 348 square feet, and located adjacent to Lots 1 R and 3R of Block 72R, both located in Fostepco Heights Revised Addition, City of Fort Worth, and recorded in Cabinet A, Slide 2029 of the Map Records of Tarrant County, Texas SECTION 2. That the fee to the land in the above described vacated public right-of-way is hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law, SAVE AND 1 EXCEPT that easements are retained for any and all existing and prospective utilities as well as access to the utilities SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed SECTION 4.
